Bhujangasana is a Sanskrit word, which is made of two words “Bhujanga” and “Asana”. In this word, “Bhujanga” means “Cobra” or “Snake”, and “Asana” means “Pose”. Hence, the meaning of Bhujangasana is “Cobra Pose”.

  • Focus on lifting your sternum instead of lifting your chin.
