Sit on the ground with your legs crossed in front of you. Your feet should be touching and your knees should be pointing away from each other. Place the soles of your feet together and keep your heels on the ground. Straighten your back, but don’t over-arch it. Resting on your hands, palms facing up, take a deep breath in and push down with your hands to straighten out your spine as you exhale.
