  • The basic step you need to follow to perform safe sun gazing is considering safe hours. Always perform sun gazing in the first hour of sunrise and the last hour of sunset. Also, never perform sun gazing at the noontime, as it can be very harmful to your eyes.
  • It can be performed during the morning or in the evening, according to your convenience.
  • Stand barefoot on the ground while keeping your spine straight. Always try to be in contact with the mother earth, dirt, mud or sand are preferable.
  • On the first day of sun gazing, you just have to look maximum for 10 s.
  • Further, keep on increasing the duration by 10 s with each passing day.
  • During winters, you can gaze the sun through your windows to stay away from any inconvenience. Though it will not be as effective, still it is worth doing.
  •  On cloudy days stare at the standard position of the sun.

THE THREE STAGES OF SUN GAZING

STAGE 1 (0-3 MONTHS)

In the first stage of  sun gazing you have to start from 10 s and keep on increasing it in an installment of 10s. So that at the end of stage 1 (0-3 months) you will be able to achieve 15 minutes. 

After completing the first stage of sun gazing, the first benefit that you will experience is your improved eye vision. However, you have to keep the eye in check and change your lens prescription accordingly, otherwise, you won’t experience much change. It is because, with the improvement of vision, you cannot use your old lens, so you need to change your prescription with time. In the second stage of  sungazing, you have to start from 15 min and keep on increasing it in an installment of 10 sec. So that at the end of stage 2 (4-6 months) you will be able to achieve 30 minutes. 

After the completion of stage 2, almost most of your physical problems will be cured. It has also been claimed that for all serious diseases like cancer, diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, asthma, allergy, aids, tuberculosis, osteoporosis, and arthritis, the sun has a cure.
You all must have heard about color therapy, where different colors of sunlight are used to cure different diseases. However, the primary medium behind all these color therapies is the sun. The healer himself first stores the solar energy to heal you.

But sometimes this also happens that the healer is himself suffering from a mental or physical problem, so instead of healing, it will transfer his suffering to your body. Sun charged water can be prepared by taking the required quantity of water in a circular container, plastic should always be avoided. STAGE 3 (7-9 MONTHS)

In the third stage of  sungazing, you have to start from 30 min and keep on increasing it in an installment of 10 sec. So that at the end of stage 3 (7-9 months), you will be able to achieve 45 minutes. 

The third phase works on spiritualism, and it is your individual choice. However, mental and physical health is important for everyone, and you must continue until 6 months. But, if you want to evolve yourself in higher spiritualness, higher consciousness, and want to move in the path of enlightenment and reach heaven, then safe sun gazing beyond 6 months is a must.

Also, for Highly obese people sun gazing beyond 6 months can be very helpful. As with the continuous practice of safe sun gazing, weight goes down very easily without many efforts. In all these cases liberation of food is a must. It is believed that it is food that contains lots of toxic waste that stands in the way of spiritualism. Now you must be thinking about how your body will sustain without food, 

The answer to this question is our body requires energy, energy is must food is not necessary. Our body runs only on energy, the traditional food we take is nothing but a secondary source of sunlight. So, the original form of energy that we require to sustain is solar energy. It has also been claimed that some of the sun gazers are living without food from 10 to 52 years. 

When you extend your safe sungazing practice beyond 6 months, the body cells become pure and clean liberated from all the dirt, mental, and physical disorders. So when you extend sun gazing, these cells start receiving energy from the sun resulting in the disappearing of hunger. Hunger is directly proportional to the energy required by the body, which we are getting from the sun instead of the traditional food.

Therefore by the end of 9 months, your hunger will disappear, you will have no desire for hunger. And when you will experience it for 3-4 days, you have to give up sungazing forever. The maintenance exercise is only for a year either gaze the sun for 15 min or walk on dirt for 45 minutes. At the end of 1 year, your body will become totally sun charged. After 1 year you can give up everything. Hence, only a small amount of sunlight can even recharge your whole body and whole life you can live on sunlight.
